Overview

Based in the firm’s New York office, Alex Berger is a real estate attorney representing developers and property owners on a broad range of sophisticated real estate development and ownership matters. He regularly advises clients on all aspects of the development life cycle, including the design, construction, and financing of properties. Alex’s experience includes a particular focus on construction, design and consultant contracts; mortgage and mezzanine financings; access agreements with neighboring properties; RPAPL 881 proceedings; development rights transfers; and property acquisitions.

Prior to joining the firm, Alex was an associate in the real estate department of a large New York law firm handling a variety of complex real estate development matters.
