Drew Shaw is a real estate attorney in the firm’s New York office. Drew works with the firm’s real estate team to complete transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, development, and leasing. He handles the full spectrum of research, due diligence, contract review and negotiations that support clients completing complex transactions across many industries.

Drew rejoins the firm full time after working as a summer associate as a law student. Drew’s experience includes working as a research assistant for Professor Florencia Marotta-Wurgler, collecting hundreds of data points from dozens of website privacy policies to measure compliance with GDPR and CCPA laws. Before attending law school, Drew was a technical project manager for VICE Media in Brooklyn, serving as a lead project manager for the company’s first direct-to-consumer product.
