Counseled potential purchaser of a hotel about likely historic preservation issues, prepared an application for the designation of that hotel as a city landmark, and worked with the client and their architect to obtain approval under city historic preservation legislation for large addition to the newly-designated hotel.

Industrial Historic Preservation and Design

Worked with property owner and architect to obtain local and federal historic preservation and design review approvals for the rehabilitation of a two-story industrial building for residential use and the construction of five additional residential floors on the historic building.
