Brian Dezurick is a litigator in the firm’s Boston office, conducting research, due diligence, case analysis, and other pre-litigation activities to assist in resolving a wide range of business disputes.
Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Brian worked as a legal intern for Brady, handling important research on relevant legal matters. Brian also drafted legal complaints and motions for filing in state and federal courts and assisted with developing novel legal arguments in emerging areas of firearm litigation.
While attending Harvard Law School, Brian proudly served as a student attorney at the school’s housing law clinic, representing low-income clients in legal and administrative proceedings related to their housing needs. Also as a student attorney, he worked in the law school’s education law clinic representing low-income families in special education cases and conducting lobbying meetings with members of the Massachusetts House of Representatives regarding the Safe and Supportive Schools line item in the Massachusetts budget. Through both clinics, Brian gained important experience advocating for those who may not have access to critical support.
Before attending law school, Brian was a human resources development program associate at Liberty Mutual Insurance, collaborating with both the talent delivery team and the benefits team. This hands-on business experience was foundational to Brian’s thoughtful approach as a lawyer.
