Trademark Dispute Involving Long-Term Branding and Naming Conventions

Successfully represented a client in connection with a trademark dispute, allowing our client to retain its long-term branding and naming conventions.  Upon finding that another entity was using the client’s trademarked name, Jonathan and others successfully brought a trademark infringement action in federal court seeking the immediate cessation by that firm in the continued use of the trademarked name. The court awarded a permanent injunction against the offending party and ultimately the party stopped using the trademark name.
