Biography
Overview
Conor O'Sullivan-Pierce is a business litigator focusing on complex commercial disputes. He has particular experience handling matters in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, technology, and insurance sectors. Conor guides clients through a variety of challenges, including breach of contract claims, fraud allegations, intricate insurance coverage matters, and intellectual property disputes involving trade secret misappropriation and patent infringement.
Conor is involved in cases from analysis and discovery to trial preparation. He routinely handles fact and expert discovery, documentation, and depositions. Additionally, Conor maintains a motion practice that includes drafting complaints, answers, and various motions including those to dismiss, compel, and for summary judgment.
Prior to joining Goulston & Storrs, Conor served as a litigation associate at a mid-sized full-service law firm. The foundation of his process was built through internships with both the Massachusetts Attorney General's office and the Honorable Patti B. Saris, U.S. District Court Judge for the District of Massachusetts. Before pursuing his legal career, Conor brought a unique perspective to his work through his experience as an elementary school teacher.
