Biography

Overview

Dan Lasman is a real estate attorney who provides clients with valuable assistance on a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, financing, development, and affordable housing tax credits. He is responsible for drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, loan documents, easements, leases, licenses, and other transactional and organizational documents, as well as performing careful property due diligence.

Prior to attending law school, Dan was a Fulbright Grantee in Madrid, Spain.
