Biography

Overview

An Associate in the firm's Real Estate Group, David Romanow's general real estate practice covers a range of land use and transactional matters including zoning, leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and development.

Prior to joining the firm, David served as Counsel to Audax Group, a private equity and venture capital firm specializing in leveraged buyouts, mezzanine capital and senior debt, primarily in middle-market companies.

While in law school, David participated in the Immigration Clinic where he represented clients facing deportation. David also served as a Staff Writer on Boston College Law Review and was an Equal Justice America Summer 2018 Fellow.
