Overview

Diana is a land use development paralegal specializing in the preparation and processing of real estate development and land use applications, including the associated diverse research and exhibit preparation required for the filing of such applications.

She has over 30 years of diverse experience in the zoning / land use industry with a demonstrated record as a real estate development specialist.

Diana has particularly substantial experience dealing with the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs, Building and Land Regulation Administration and the Business Regulation Administration.

She is also deeply experienced in working with the Board of Zoning Adjustment, Zoning Commission, Office of Zoning, Recorder of Deeds, Office of Tax and Revenue, Maps and Title, Office of the Surveyor, National Archives, D.C. Archives and the Library of Congress.
