Biography

Overview

Eleanor Hughes is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Group. She represents lenders, developers, REITs, and investors, with a focus on commercial real estate loans. Eleanor represents debt fund platforms and financial institutions of all sizes in connection with the origination, syndication, purchase and sale, administration, and modification of commercial real estate loans across asset classes. In her practice, Eleanor handles construction, mezzanine and permanent financing, and counsels clients regarding loan workouts and distressed loans.

Prior to her arrival at Goulston & Storrs, Eleanor served as a real estate associate in the New York office of an Am Law 100 firm, where she served as co-chair of the firm’s LGBTQ+ employee resource group.
