Richard Rosensweig will present the program, "The Case of the Credulous Lawyer," during the 2024 ALAS Annual General Meeting. This program will explore the hypothetical case of a lawyer who misses the red flags and then finds himself the target of claims by defrauded investors. You will hear tips for how to defend such a claim from an experienced defense counsel, firm general counsel, and a witness coach, along with members of the ALAS Claims team.
