It’s imperative for legal marketing, business development, and other business operations professionals to be equipped with the right strategies, tactics, and tools to support their firms’ legal talent management programs.
Through this panel, we explored how—with the help of legal marketers—law firms can attract, integrate, and retain top talent across all levels while gaining a competitive advantage. This session empowered audience members with practical tips for success and helped position them to return to their firms ready to lead with ideas about how they can add value to lateral partner recruiting, integration, and retention—even before they’re asked to—with a focus on bringing fresh perspectives to collaboration with legal talent/legal recruiting colleagues.
