Identifying, preventing, and addressing discrimination and harassment in the workplace is a key responsibility of management and the boards of legal aid organizations. As such, Carla Reeves will be presenting an overview of strategies for identifying, responding to, and preventing workplace discrimination, sexual harassment and other forms of harassment, and retaliation.
