The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel Annual Meeting

The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) is a nonprofit association of lawyers and law professors skilled and experienced in the preparation of wills and trusts; estate planning; and probate procedure and administration of trusts and estates of decedents, minors and incompetents. The ACTEC Annual Meeting offers leading trust and estate speakers unmatched in-person networking opportunities.

This year, director Mark Swirbalus, will be part of a panel discussing modification and reformation of trusts during the Fiduciary Litigation Committee. This program explores the challenges presented when attempting to litigate or resolve, by non-judicial settlement agreement or otherwise, potential disputes regarding the interpretation, construction, reformation or modification of irrevocable trusts.
