Explore some of the legal ethics issues that matter most to in-house counsel. Our panel of in-house attorneys will address the following subjects:

• How to handle issues that arise when in-house counsel (either intentionally or unintentionally) undertake to represent not only their corporate employers, but also the company's officers, employees, and corporate affiliates;
• Best practices for protecting work product and privilege in internal investigations;
