Halley Petersen is a corporate associate in the firm’s Boston office. She has experience in matters involving corporate law, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and finance.
Prior to joining Goulston & Storrs, Halley worked for Audax Group, a leading capital partner to North American middle market companies. As part of an organization that has raised more than $26 billion in capital, Halley gained valuable experience working on private equity and debt financing transactions.
During law school, Halley served as an Executive Editor for the Alaska Law Review, a Staff Editor for the Duke Law & Technology Review, and as a member of the Duke Law Moot Court Board. She also worked with the Duke Law Health Justice Clinic assisting clients with end-of-life documents and Social Security benefits.
Halley worked for two years as a paralegal and research analyst with Simmer Law Group in Washington, D.C. The group represented whistleblowers in False Claims Act cases in health care and government contracting.
