Insung Kim works closely with his clients on tax transactions, planning and compliance. He counsels clients with domestic as well as cross-border mergers and acquisitions, financings, restructurings and joint ventures.
Prior to joining Goulston & Storrs, Insung was an associate at an Am Law 100 firm, and PwC’s International Tax Financial Services group. His experience with cross-border transaction structuring of private equity, hedge, sovereign wealth, and pension funds is extensive.
Insung obtained a dual-degree J.D./LL.M. in Taxation in three years from Boston University School of Law, and B.A in Urban Design (Honors) and Politics from New York University.
He is fluent in Korean and Japanese.
