Jaclyn O'Leary is a trusts and estates attorney advising individuals and families as they develop and implement comprehensive estate plans. She also guides them through estate and trust administration. Jaclyn’s practice encompasses complex estate, trust, probate, and tax matters, with a focus on creating customized solutions that preserve and transfer wealth efficiently to future generations.

Working closely with multi-generational families, Jaclyn also manages the administration of family trusts and orchestrates a broad spectrum of related transactions. In addition, Jaclyn crafts tailored estate, asset protection, and charitable plans that align with each client's unique circumstances and goals. Before joining the firm, Jaclyn served as a partner at a regional, mid-sized law firm where she handled a comprehensive range of estate and trust administrative matters.
