Biography

Overview

Janae Alvira is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Group. Janae supports the firm’s transactional real estate work involving commercial properties. As part of the firm’s real estate team, she routinely conducts research, due diligence, and analysis for acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, financing, and development.

Janae returns to the firm after serving as a summer associate in the real estate group. Previously, she was a summer associate with a Boston-based firm supporting their real estate lawyers. Janae’s work experience also includes working as a paralegal supporting a California real estate practice. In that role, she handled matters related to commercial real estate with a focus on leasing, financing, acquisitions, and sales. Janae also worked as a legal intern for Nike, Inc. and Converse, Inc. supporting their real estate and business teams.
