Biography

Overview

Jen Bisgaier is an associate in the Real Estate Group at Goulston & Storrs. Jen’s practice encompasses a range of land use and transactional matters, including zoning, historic preservation, acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and development.

While in law school, Jen participated in the Housing Initiative Transactional Clinic, where she represented community development corporations, nonprofits, and other local organizations in securing construction loans, finalizing mixed-income developments, and promoting strategies to prevent displacement. Jen also worked as a graduate fellow for the Kreisman Initiative on Housing Law and Policy and an intern for the Poverty & Race Research Action Council. Additionally, Jen served as an Articles Editor on the Chicago Journal of International Law.

Jen is committed to serving the community through pro bono legal work, including assisting the DC Volunteer Lawyers Project with filing civil protection order petitions for victims of domestic abuse. In her free time, Jen enjoys training for triathlons and hiking.
