Joel Wetmore is a corporate attorney assisting clients with legal matters related to mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, corporate governance, and licensure compliance. Applying a business-minded approach, Joel helps clients employ proactive best practices when crafting contracts and other corporate transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Joel was an associate in a regional law firm handling representing buyer and sellers in middle market mergers & acquisitions. His experience also includes handling civil litigation matters as an associate in a mid-sized regional litigation firm. While in law school, Joel was a legal intern at a global sports race company and for Magistrate Marianne B. Bowler at the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

No stranger to the benefits of strong teamwork, Joel was a professional hockey player before attending law school.
