Jonathan Mellon, an expert architectural historian in the Real Estate group, has been involved in the field of historic preservation and conservation for over two decades.
Jonathan has provided counsel and overseen nationally renowned projects for museums, developers, institutions, governments, and homeowners.
Prior to joining the firm, Jonathan worked as a historic preservation specialist for the United States Commission of Fine Arts. He also worked for the City of New York overseeing the restoration of historic properties including Gracie Mansion, the DC Office of Planning - Historic Preservation Office, and the Townhip of Montclair, NJ.
