As Director of Client Relations & Innovation, Kelly Harbour focuses on strategic, data-driven business development and client service initiatives. She provides leadership, guidance and tactical support for individual and group business plans from conception through implementation and drives the development and evolution of the firm’s client service program. Kelly also works closely with the Director of Client Service and Business Development on streamlining department operations and aligning marketing technology investments with the firm’s priorities.
Kelly has held a number of positions in the professional services industry in marketing, business development, technology and administrative operations. She most recently served as Manager, Client Relationship Management, at Bingham McCutchen LLP, where she was responsible for client and industry teams, the alumni program, and the firm’s marketing technology portfolio.
Kelly is a member of the Professional Services Steering Committee of the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) and the New England chapter of the Legal Marketing Association. She has contributed articles to Peer to Peer, ILTA’s quarterly magazine, and Strategies: The Journal of Legal Marketing. Kelly has also spoken at a number of local and national industry events.
