Goulston & Storrs, an Am Law 200 firm, is pleased to announce that the firm’s Probate & Fiduciary Litigation Group has received a 2021 Go-To Thought Leadership Award from the National Law Review for its informative Probate & Fiduciary Litigation Newsletter. Attorneys Sarah Eberspacher, Charles R. Jacob III, Marshall D. Senterfitt, and Mark E. Swirbalus were recognized as thought leaders for providing invaluable and hard to find guidance on a wide range of topics, including will and trust contests, breach of fiduciary duty actions, and key cases.

Every year, the National Law Review selects exceptional articles and authors to receive their Go-To Thought Leadership Awards. In 2021, the publication gave out 87 awards – representing 1% of the publication’s authors – selected from over 30 legal practice areas and 14,000 contributed pieces of thought leadership. This is the fourth year that the National Law Review has recognized the unique talents of its contributors.
