We know that clients are not always looking to vanquish an opponent, especially if the opponent is a person or entity the client is likely to encounter again out of business necessity. So we look for creative win-win solutions whenever possible, conducting ourselves as formidable but reasonable adversaries with a reputation for professionalism.

When a client does need a definitive victory and settlement is not possible, we have the experience and willingness to fight for a dispositive victory through summary judgment or verdict, knowing how to develop and execute a well-planned strategy for trial and, if necessary, appeal. Many of our lawyers have successfully taken numerous cases to trial and have achieved significant appellate victories as well.
