Goulston & Storrs welcomes attorney Mark D. Jackson as a director in its Washington, DC real estate practice. Mark joins the firm from Ballard Spahr LLP, where he was resident in its Bethesda, Maryland office. 

Mark is a skilled attorney with almost thirty years’ experience in commercial development, financing and leasing.  In his role as director at Goulston & Storrs, he will continue to represent real estate developers and end users (including big-box retailers) in acquiring, disposing of, and financing real estate, and in managing and leasing real estate projects.

Mark’s clients include owners, developers, and managers of office buildings, residential buildings and communities, research and development facilities, commercial shopping centers, and mixed-use projects. He also represents Fortune 500 companies, high-tech ventures, telecommunications companies, and professional firms.

Mark received his BS, cum laude, from American University and his JD from Emory University School of Law. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the American Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Georgia.
