An Educator for the Future
For over 20 years, Marty has been an Adjunct Law Professor at the Brooklyn Law School, where he teaches classes in Sports Law and in Antitrust. He also teaches Antitrust and Collective Bargaining in Sports and other Sports Law courses at the NYU School for Professional Studies in the Tisch Institute for Sports Management. Marty enjoys engaging students on the topics that he has crafted his career.
Coupled with teaching, Marty is a sought-out speaker on topics related to sports law for a range of conferences and other industry specific events. Additionally, as a result of his deep expertise and reputation in the field, Marty is quoted by the Wall Street Journal, Global Competition Review, The New Republic and other publications on sports law.
