Biography
Overview
Mollie Adam is a corporate attorney who advises clients on a range of M&A and corporate governance matters for companies of all sizes. Mollie’s experience includes representing buyers and sellers in M&A transactions across varied industries, including healthcare, distribution, and construction. Her experience also includes drafting and negotiating critical M&A and commercial agreements related to purchases, sales, joint ventures, organizational operations, service arrangements, and non-disclosure arrangements. Mollie also handles legal research, due diligence, and documentation related to corporate governance and operations for corporate, real estate, and tax clients.
Prior to joining Goulston & Storrs, Mollie was an associate in large New York City law firms where she handled a range of M&A and corporate governance matters.
