Biography
Overview
Mollie Adam is a corporate attorney who represents companies in a range of transactional matters. Her experience includes drafting and negotiating critical commercial agreements related to joint ventures, organizational operations, non-disclosures, purchases, and sales. Mollie also handles legal research, due diligence, and documentation related to corporate governance and operations.
Prior to joining Goulston & Storrs, Mollie was an associate in large New York City law firms where she handled a range of business agreements. Mollie’s experience also includes working in the U.S. General Services Administration where she analyzed, researched, and presented on sub-parts of the Federal Acquisition Regulation and other government contracts matters.
