Naomi Elliott

Biography

Overview

Naomi Elliott is a law clerk in the firm’s Corporate Group. Naomi supports the firm’s business transactional team in negotiating and completing corporate contracts and other business matters. She assists with research, due diligence, analysis, and contract review, and serves other day-to-day client needs.

Naomi returns to Goulston & Storrs full-time after serving as a summer associate in the firm’s New York office. As a law student, Naomi was also an intern with Legal Aid Chicago, where she interviewed clients and wrote memoranda on legal issues in family law. Before law school, Naomi worked as a paralegal in a boutique immigration law firm, drafting immigration petitions for persons seeking to enter or remain in the United States.

With a deeply rooted interest in local history, Naomi is a former volunteer with the Andover Center for History & Culture, the Salem Athenaeum, and the Tewksbury Public Health Museum located in her home of Massachusetts. As a volunteer, Naomi engaged in historical research and writing, and cataloged materials in these organizations’ care.
