Nathaniel Koslof Joins Goulston & Storrs’ Boston Office as an Associate in the Litigation Group
Goulston & Storrs, an Am Law 200 firm, is pleased to announce that Nathaniel Koslof has joined the firm’s Litigation Group as an associate. Prior to joining Goulston & Storrs, Koslof was a senior associate at a Boston litigation boutique and at a regional, full-service law firm.
Koslof represents businesses and individuals in complex commercial litigation and focuses his practice on resolving contract, tort, real estate, intellectual property, professional liability, and insolvency-related disputes for clients across various industries. Koslof has particular experience in disputes over the ownership and management of closely held businesses, representing numerous officers and directors in cases alleging breaches of fiduciary duty. He also represents clients in criminal and civil government investigations, including those conducted by the SEC, USAO, and other regulators.

Koslof has served as Co-Chair of the Greater Boston Legal Services Associates Fund Drive since 2020 and is deeply committed to pro bono clients, including the Victim Rights Law Center. He received his J.D. from Boston College Law School and his B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis.
