Goulston & Storrs, an Am Law 200 firm, is pleased to announce that Andrew Bensson and Molly Quinn have joined the firm.

Andrew Bensson is an attorney in the firm’s Real Estate Group where he will continue to focus his practice on leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and financing matters. He has represented purchasers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in a wide range of commercial real estate matters involving office buildings, retail complexes, shopping centers, mixed-use developments, and industrial and manufacturing spaces. He also represents lenders, borrowers, and developers in connection with construction and permanent financing, and is experienced with permitting and public land use approval processes. Prior to joining Goulston & Storrs, Bensson was an associate with a mid-sized Boston law firm. He received his J.D. from Boston College Law School in 2016 and his B.A. from Boston College in 2009. He was a Teach for America corps member before going to law school.

Molly Quinn is an attorney in the firm’s Litigation Group where she will continue to handle complex construction and commercial disputes on behalf of insurers, contractors, owners, and other companies. She represents clients in matters related to contracts and agreements, employment and labor, commercial real estate, and construction and development. She also has experience with mediation and arbitration, and has successfully resolved disputes through the American Arbitration Association, the International Center for Dispute Resolution, and JAMS. She joins Goulston & Storrs from a mid-sized Boston law firm where she was a construction and litigation associate. She earned her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law in 2016 and her B.S., magna cum laude, from Suffolk University in 2013.

“We are excited to have these two talented fifth-year laterals join our growing real estate and litigation teams. We are always looking to expand our ranks with skilled mid-level associates and Molly and Andrew will be valuable additions to our firm,” said Martin M. Fantozzi, Co-Managing Director of Goulston & Storrs.
