Goulston & Storrs Welcomes Pair of Corporate Lawyers from Am Law 100 Firms; Kenneth A. Sicklick Joins in New York, Daniel J. Brody in Boston
Goulston & Storrs is pleased to announce that it has bolstered its Corporate group with the additions of Kenneth A. Sicklick in New York and Daniel J. Brody in Boston. Most recently, both were associates in the New York offices of Am Law 100 firms, with Ken joining from Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP and Daniel from Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel. Daniel has relocated to Boston to join Goulston & Storrs.
Ken and Daniel join the firm’s Corporate group following the firm’s announcement of the arrival of Ian H. Moss to the group’s International Trade team this week.
Joining the firm as Counsel, Ken focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, SEC compliance, private equity, corporate restructuring, and general corporate work. Ken represents principals and financial advisors with all aspects of M&A transactions and compliance with SEC, NYSE and NASDAQ regulations. Ken also uses his expertise to advise clients on corporate governance matters and fiduciary duties, as well as various other transactions and agreements.
A member of the New York bar, Ken received his BA degree from Yeshiva University and his JD from Harvard Law School.
Daniel’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, specifically by private equity companies across a wide range of industries including entertainment, automobile, aviation and banking. He also counsels public companies on Exchange Act and securities issues, including SEC and FTC filings. Daniel has also worked with companies in reorganization matters, most recently in the Chapter 11 proceedings of a national mortgage servicing company.
Daniel is a member of the New York bar. He received his BA degree from Touro College and his JD from Harvard Law School.
