Goulston is strategically expanding its litigation capacity with the addition as Directors of Joel Miller, Martin Edel, Charles R. Jacob III, Adam Safer, and Nicholas Cutaia, all formerly of the highly-regarded litigation boutique Miller & Wrubel P.C.

Recognized as some of the leading commercial litigators in New York, these veteran attorneys bring a deliberate approach to their representation of law firms, financial institutions, mortgage servicers, hedge and other funds, asset managers, and real estate investors. Miller & Wrubel’s expertise in complex commercial litigation also extends to representing both companies and individuals in matters involving the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Department of Justice, and FINRA at both trial and appellate levels.

“This group of litigators will play both an immediate and strategic role in meeting the demands of our expanding litigation department,” said Barry D. Green, Co-Managing Director of Goulston & Storrs. “They have extensive trial and arbitration experience and have tried numerous cases in court and arbitration. They bring an incredible level of experience that will benefit our clients and compliment the work of our existing team.”
