Goulston & Storrs Attorney Julius Halstead Recognized by Volunteer Lawyers Project
Goulston & Storrs, an Am Law 200 firm, is pleased to announce that Julius Halstead has been selected to receive the Denis Maguire Award from the Volunteer Lawyers Project (VLP) for his exceptional contributions to the organization and outstanding service to its clients.
Halstead, an Associate in the firm’s Litigation group, focuses on disputes involving a range of employment, professional liability, business, and real estate matters. He received his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law and his B.A. from Pennsylvania State University.
The Denis Maguire Award was established by VLP in 1989 to honor the legacy of Denis Maguire, a former treasurer of both VLP and the Boston Bar Association, who exemplified Boston lawyers' dedication to public interest. The award recognizes outstanding members of VLP’s pro bono panel who share that same commitment to access to justice.
