Goulston & Storrs Director Cary Kadlecek Receives 2025 Washington Business Journal LGBTQ+ Business Award
Goulston & Storrs, an Am Law 200 firm, is pleased to announce that Director Cary Kadlecek has been named a 2025 LGBTQ+ Business Award honoree by the Washington Business Journal for his efforts to advance LGBTQ+ equality in Greater Washington workplaces and beyond.
Kadlecek, a director in the firm’s Real Estate Group, is recognized for his commitment to advancing LGBTQ+ inclusion in the Washington, DC region. He co-founded Q City DC in 2018 to connect and elevate LGBTQ+ professionals in commercial real estate. He also serves on the board of the Wanda Alston Foundation, which supports homeless LGBTQ+ youth ages 18 to 25, and he is Co-Chair of Goulston & Storrs’ LGBTQ+ Affinity Group, leading internal advocacy and engagement.
At Goulston & Storrs, Kadlecek focuses his practice on land use, entitlement, zoning, development, historic preservation and municipal law throughout the District of Columbia. He represents private developers, universities and educational institutions, and non-governmental organizations in a variety of land use and zoning matters.
