His practice focuses on leading complex development and financing transactions. David is nationally known as a leader in many areas of affordable housing and economic development, including Section 42 multifamily residential properties, active adult and assisted living communities, revitalized public housing and HOPE VI matters, HUD Section 236, Section 8 and FHA financings, community land trusts, and other multi-layered public and private financings.

NH&RA is a professional association of companies and individuals who are involved in affordable housing, historic rehabilitation and New Markets Tax Credit development. Members meet quarterly for serious discussions of significant issues affecting the tax credit and affordable housing industry.

"NH&RA greatly benefits from the participation of members like David," noted Thom Amdur, Executive Director of NH&RA. "As a co-chair of NH&RA's Council for Energy Friendly Affordable Housing (CEFAH), David's intellectual leadership has been an invaluable asset to the organization. I am looking forward to continue to work with David as both a thought leader and in his new capacity as Vice-Chair of NH&RA."
