Goulston & Storrs Director Josh Davis Joins the American Employment Law Council’s Board of Directors

Goulston & Storrs, an Am Law 200 firm, is pleased to announce that Josh Davis, a nationally-recognized employment lawyer and litigator, has joined the Board of Directors of the American Employment Law Council (AELC). Josh previously served on the AELC Advisory Board. Most recently, he moderated a panel on regulating employee speech at AELC’s annual conference last month, and led a members-only roundtable discussion over the summer.

Josh counsels companies and their boards when they are facing difficult human challenges and acts as lead counsel in a wide range of business disputes. He has more than two decades of experience handling complicated employment matters. He advises companies, executives, and Boards of Directors on how to navigate the challenges of the current environment, and has deep expertise in sexual harassment and discrimination investigations, cultural assessments, and workforce training. 

In addition to his practice, he teaches the Employment Discrimination course at Northeastern University School of Law. He is a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers and serves on the Strafford Employment Law Advisory Board. Josh is ranked by Chambers Global as one of the leading Labor & Employment lawyers in the country, and is similarly ranked by Chambers USA in Massachusetts. He has been named to Best Lawyers in America for Employment Law and Labor Law for the past 14 consecutive years, and he is a Benchmark Litigation Star in Labor & Employment.

Josh received his B.A., with high honors, from Swarthmore College in 1987 and his J.D., with honors, from the University of Chicago Law School in 1991, where he was admitted to the Order of the Coif.
