Goulston & Storrs congratulates Matthew Kiefer, a Director of the firm, who has begun his term as Chair of the Boston Municipal Research Bureau. A longtime board member of the Research Bureau, Matthew assumes his post as Chair for a term of one year.

Matthew's practice focuses on obtaining site control and approvals from public agencies for complex urban projects. “The Research Bureau will play an important role in the early years of the first new Boston Mayor in 20 years,” noted Samuel R. Tyler, President of the Boston Municipal Research Bureau. “As we reengage more in economic development and related policy issues, Matthew as Chairman, with his deep expertise in Boston pubic policy and development and his long-term involvement in the Bureau, will help lead the organization to serve the best interests of the City of Boston.”
