Chambers USA reports that Bob is “outstanding” and notes his leasing and financing work for major international banks. Bob is a frequent lecturer and publisher on topics in real estate law. He is the co-author of the course book, Understanding and Negotiating Facilities Leases, which he wrote in conjunction with his participation at a leasing seminar sponsored by the Global Conference Network.

He is an active associate member of the Association of Foreign Investors, and sits on the Board of Directors of Macabai USA.
He received a B.A. degree from Columbia University, and a J.D. degree from Rutgers University School of Law.
“Since its inception, our New York office has grown steadily by the strategic addition of seasoned industry and practice leaders who align with our firm’s priorities and strengths,” said Marty Fantozzi, co-managing director at Goulston & Storrs. “Bob fits this profile, and we are pleased to welcome him to the firm.
