(December 19, 2011) – The Emerging Trends in Real Estate 2012© report is the oldest, most highly regarded annual outlook for the US real estate and land use industry. The report is a trends and forecast publication, now in its 33rd edition, undertaken jointly by PwC and the Urban Land Institute. It provides an outlook on real estate investment and development trends, real estate finance and capital markets, property sectors, metropolitan areas and other real estate issues throughout the US, Canada and Latin America. The report is based on interviews and survey responses from 1000 leading real estate experts, including investors, developers, property company representatives, lenders, brokers and consultants.

This year’s report is the focal point for the 3rd Annual US Real Estate Outlook in Israel. Goulston & Storrs is co-sponsoring the US Real Estate Outlook program with Israeli law firm, Gross Kleinhendler Hodak Halevy Greenberg & Co. and Eastdil Secured, a real estate investment banking company. “Bringing this program to Israel is important for international investors looking to expand into the US.”
