Goulston & Storrs’ Maureen Dwyer Named to Bisnow’s D.C.’s Power Women in Commercial Real Estate List

Goulston & Storrs is pleased to note that Maureen Dwyer, a director at the firm, has been named to Bisnow Media’s D.C.’s Power Women in Commercial Real Estate list. The media company, whose online publications cover real estate, technology and associations in various cities across the US, published this list of the top 40 women in commercial real estate “who have made the biggest impact and who have the most influence in the industry."

Maureen is among just a handful lawyers among the 40 women named, which include commercial real estate company executives, members of trade organization leadership, brokers, investors, developers, architects, government officials and more.

Bisnow will celebrate its Power Women in Commercial Real Estate honorees at a gala event to be held Tuesday, January 28, 2014 at the National Museum of Women in the Arts, 1250 New York Avenue in Washington, DC.

Maureen focuses her practice on zoning and municipal law, and counsels clients through the development of new corporate, retail, institutional and office facilities, as well as residential properties. Maureen is a member and former President of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), sits on the Advisory Council for the Girl Scout Council of DC, is a member of the Board of Directors of the DC Chamber of Commerce, is a member and former chair of the Advisory Board for the Salvation Army, and is involved in the Greater Washington Board of Trade.
