Goulston & Storrs Named to BTI Associate Satisfaction A-Listers 2022

August 17, 2022

Goulston & Storrs, an Am Law 200 firm, is pleased to announce that it has been named to the “BTI Associate Satisfaction A-Listers 2022: BTI Survey of Law Firms Where Associates are Happiest.” The firm ranked in two key categories: Law Firms with Highest Number of Extremely Satisfied Associates and Law Firms with Highest Number of Extremely Satisfied Women Associates.

This first-of-its-kind report is based on a large-scale independent survey with more than 4,000 associate responses. It pinpoints and interprets what associates want and value – and the law firms associates rate as best at each – and why. Specifically, the firms with the highest levels of satisfied associates and women associates provide: commitment to helping associates in their career, help developing a career path, access to training, good mentoring, optimism about growing within their firm, high levels of job satisfaction, favorable compensation, and at least one partner watching out for them.

“We are honored to make this inaugural list of firms with the most satisfied associates and women associates. Our firm is well-known for its collaborative and collegial environment, which is only possible when all attorneys feel valued, respected, and supported professionally and personally,” said Bill Dillon, Co-Managing Director at Goulston & Storrs. “Goulston & Storrs is a very special place to practice law. We invest in and nurture our young and diverse attorneys because they are the present and future of our firm. Their success is our success.”

This is the second BTI ranking that Goulston & Storrs has earned this year. The firm was named to BTI’s 2022 list of the “Most Feared Law Firms in Litigation” as one of 39 law firms that top legal decision makers do not want to see as opponents in litigation.
