Goulston & Storrs Recognized by Leadership Council on Legal Diversity as 2021 Compass Award Winner
Goulston & Storrs, an Am Law 200 firm, is pleased to announce that it has been named a 2021 Compass Award winner by the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD), recognizing those law firms and corporations showing a strong commitment to building more diverse organizations and a more inclusive legal profession.
LCLD is one of the nation’s leading organizations promoting diversity and consists of more than 350 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners—the leadership of the profession—who have dedicated themselves to creating a truly diverse U.S. legal profession.
Goulston & Storrs values excellence in the practice of law and we strive to develop the unique professional talents of each attorney at our firm. We work intentionally to ensure that lawyers from underrepresented backgrounds receive high-quality work and essential development opportunities in an environment focused on eliminating obstacles to career advancement. Collaborations with organizations like LCLD help us do that by expanding professional networks, empowering, and addressing head-on the challenges faced by attorneys from underrepresented groups.
Several Goulston & Storrs attorneys have participated in LCLD's Pathfinder and Fellows programs, including Neema Chaiban, Linh Lingenfelter, Carla Reeves, Yareni (Yari) Sanchez, and Kerry Spindler and we look forward to an ongoing partnership.
