Goulston & Storrs Welcomes ULI Boston to Its Rowes Wharf Offices
Goulston & Storrs is pleased to announce that the firm is now hosting the Boston District Council of the Urban Land Institute (ULI Boston). Taking up residence within the firm’s offices on Atlantic Avenue at Rowes Wharf are ULI Boston’s Executive Director Stephanie Wasser, Director Michelle Landers, and Associate Michael Keimig.
The ULI Boston District Council, serving the six New England states, is committed to advancing ULI’s mission "to provide leadership in the responsible use of land and in creating and sustaining thriving communities” as the leading real estate organization for convening and sharing best practices in the region. With over 1,140 members, the Boston District Council holds a prominent spot in the Urban Land Institute’s top five District Councils globally.
“ULI Boston crosses all product types, disciplines and sectors within the real estate industry — architects, developers, investors, mayors and everyone in between,” Wasser said. “Using this interdisciplinary approach, ULI examines land use issues, convening forums to find solutions. Goulston & Storrs has been a valued partner to our organization for many years, and our new residency in their offices is a natural fit as the Boston District Council continues to thrive.”
Matthew Kiefer, a director at Goulston & Storrs, is a member of ULI Boston’s Advisory Board. “ULI Boston and its members form a diverse and accomplished community of real estate professionals. They make a substantial contribution to the region ” Kiefer noted. “We value our relationship with ULI Boston, and are pleased to welcome them to Rowes Wharf.”
Goulston & Storrs has also established an annual scholarship program in the firm’s name for five Young Leaders or non-profit Members to attend ULI Boston’s Trends in Real Estate Forum, the organization’s signature fall event.
