John Ratino Elected a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers
Goulston & Storrs is pleased to announce that John Ratino has been elected as a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL). John joins four colleagues at Goulston & Storrs who count among ACREL’s distinguished list of Fellows, including current ACREL President Thomas Kaufman.
John focuses his practice on commercial real estate and hospitality, working with clients on an array of matters involving real estate capital markets, investment trusts, joint ventures, financings, development, acquisitions and dispositions, restructurings and workouts. John is co-chair of the firm's Hospitality & Recreation industry group.
John is a recognized leader in his field by Chambers USA, Martindale-Hubbell and Washington, DC Super Lawyers. He is a member of the District of Columbia and Maryland bars. He received his B.S. from the University of Maryland and his J.D. from Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. John is also currently an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University Law Center.
