Jonathan Stein Joins Goulston & Storrs Tax Group in New York

Goulston & Storrs is pleased to announce that Jonathan Stein has joined the firm as Counsel in its Tax Group. Finding the right talent to bolster the Tax Group is a Firm priority and Jonathan’s addition completes the perfect trifecta as the firm grows its roster of recent Tax hires including Abe Leitner, also in the firm’s New York office, and Gerret Baur, in the firm’s Boston office.

Jonathan joins from Pryor Cashman LLP. He advises real estate investors, investment funds and public and private companies on corporate, partnership and international tax matters. Jonathan is experienced in representing US and foreign real estate investors and developers in optimizing complex tax strategies across a wide range of real estate transactions. Jonathan also advises investment fund sponsors and institutional investors in fund formation and structuring of portfolio investments, and buyers and sellers in taxable and tax-free M&A transactions as well.
