Blueprint is a platform to connect professionals operating in and around real estate technology. The Print is a weekly curation of the most important things going on in real estate and proptech. Blueprint features various industry experts in their ongoing video interview series, Conversations with Champions.

Blueprint connected with Ling Kong, a corporate partner at Goulston & Storrs for a video interview series. Kong has a particular interest in proptech and he advises clients on VC investments, mergers and acquisitions (including cross-border transactions), and general corporate and commercial law advisory. The interview discussed the state of VC funding for real estate tech, and how some of his clients were faring as the pandemic grinds on.
