Co-founded by Goulston & Storrs attorneys Meghan Hottel-Cox and Cary Kadlecek, Q City’s mission is to foster community among, cultivate connections between, and promote professional opportunities for the LGBTQ members of the Washington metropolitan area commercial real estate industry. We achieve this mission by organizing social, educational, and professional development events for our members and by recognizing the achievements and advancements of LGBTQ individuals in commercial real estate. We also further outreach by partnering with other industry and/or LGBTQ-focused organizations and their allies to advance shared objectives, and by supporting LGBTQ initiatives both generally and in the commercial real estate industry.
