Real Estate Lawyer Promoted to Director

Goulston & Storrs is pleased to announce that Elizabeth Lintz has been named a Director at the firm. Liz, who started at the firm as a Summer Associate, is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Group, one of the 10 largest real estate practices globally as cited by Law360’s most recent survey. She represents sophisticated developers, owners, lenders, and investors in construction and permanent real estate financing and acquisitions and dispositions across a wide range of asset classes, including mixed use, retail, multifamily, office, and hotel.

Liz’s broad-based transactional practice includes representation of developers and owners in complex financing transactions, joint ventures, and portfolio acquisitions, and representation of lenders in portfolio and mezzanine loans, restructurings and workouts, and syndicated loans. She also has significant experience in the realm of market-rate and affordable multifamily property sales and financing, including low-income housing tax credit projects.

“We are pleased to have Liz as a member of the firm’s partnership,” said Barry Green, Co-Managing Director at Goulston & Storrs. “Her promotion is a direct result of her commitment to our clients and the legal profession.”

Liz earned her B.M. from New England Conservatory of Music, with honors, and her J.D. from University of Michigan, cum laude. She was Editor-in-Chief of the Michigan Law Review in 2005-2006. She has also been recognized by Massachusetts Super Lawyers as a Rising Star for the past three years.
