Goulston & Storrs Attorneys Eric Cunnane, John Ramsey, and Rebecca Tunney Selected for 2022 New England Fellows Institute

Goulston & Storrs is pleased to announce that attorneys Eric Cunnane, John Ramsey, and Rebecca Tunney have been selected into the inaugural class of the New England Fellows Institute, a part of the prestigious American College of Trusts and Estates Council. The Institute was formed to develop the profession’s future leaders through a series of in-depth educational presentations, led by outstanding subject matter experts in each field. Selection into this premier program is by nomination only. 

Part of the firm’s Private Client & Trust group, all three attorneys are associates counseling individuals and families on matters pertaining to the ownership and transfer of wealth.

Eric Cunnane advises high-net-worth individuals and families from the U.S. and abroad on developing and implementing tax-efficient estate and gift plans that meet each client’s personal and financial goals. He also counsels clients regarding the use of sophisticated estate planning and charitable giving techniques to aid with the accumulation, preservation and transfer of wealth. In addition, Eric serves as trustee for private trusts, is involved in the investment of trust assets and represents beneficiaries and trustees of trusts, providing advocacy as well as assistance with best practices. 

John Ramsey is a trusts and estates attorney who focuses his practice on designing, developing and implementing comprehensive estate plans for individuals and families. He regularly assists clients with tax planning related to income, gifts, estates and generation skipping transfer taxes. John also advises not-for-profit charitable organizations.

Rebecca Tunney assists individuals and families with complex estate plans involving estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax planning, estate and trust administration, international tax planning, charitable giving and business succession planning. Rebecca has particular experience with Canadian-U.S. estate planning, assisting families on all matters involving cross-border estate, income, personal and business tax planning.

Eric, John, and Rebecca join several of their Goulston & Storrs attorney colleagues who are active leaders and members in the American College of Trusts and Estates Council.
